Dior Haute Couture
Wedding season is here, and along with it, the big question of what to wear. There are so many different types of weddings—daytime, garden, beach, destination, or a formal evening affair so each wedding can often call for its own type of attire. I usually try to follow the old adage that it’s better to be overdressed than underdressed, but it can still be confusing to figure out to each event

Olivia Palermo's Shorts and Minis
Basic looks. We only need a good selection of pieces on our wardrobe: a couple of blazers in different colours, a pair of black boots, jeans, skinny black pants, flats, some miniskirts, white t-shirts and white shirts, and some others with stripes. The combinations are endless and adding some different pieces you can achieve a great look. Sometimes a really good outfit is easy to get, you just need the idea…
Here you’ll find an analysis of the most simple but stylish outfits worn by Olivia Palermo...
Olivia Palermo has an amazing ability to make very short shorts and skirts look tasteful, stylish, and feminine.

Color Crush: YELLOW
{Olivia Palermo in Yards and Yards of Silk Taffeta}
Yellow rarely tops my list of favorite colors, but I’ve noticed that I have been gravitating to it more and more lately. Slowly, but surely, more and more yellow pieces have been finding their way into my closet. It’s a universally flattering shade when it comes to clothing—try it, you might be surprised; and it acts as a great neutral when it comes to interiors. I think most of us, myself included, have typically thought of it as more of an accent color, but it pairs so beautifully with so many other colors. In the past, I’ve looked at yellow as a risky color because it seems like it could go one of two ways—completely awful or downright amazing.

"IT" by Alexa Chung
Alexa Chung has written "IT" (it seems that she does not like to be defined as it girl). You can book on Amazon, and will be released on September 5.
In the book, published by Penguin, the young British style gives advice (eg, how to choose clothes every morning) recommends trends in the form of a road map for your life style, with tracks on music listening and cool sites from collages. He has also illustrated the book, it is revealed that one of the things that give you best (you can see an example on the cover of Ctrl.Alt.Shift), and includes photographs taken by her. The texts are his, although it is not an autobiography. The online magazine of Tavi Gevinson, Rookie, has been one of his main inspirations when writing / composing the book, has said Alexa. Great sense of humor, and many images. En Vogue UK say that the book is halfway between a coffee table book and a small fashion guide.
Definitely an interesting book to learn more about Alexa's personal style, which both inspired us with their looks during the last years.
