Strawberry Mascarpone Tart {Recipe}
THE BOTTOM:
340 g of whole grain biscuits type degistive
150 g butter + spoon to grease the mold
rubbed rind of half a lemon
On top:
500 g of strawberry
250 g mascarpone cheese
250 ml fresh cream 30% very well chilled
seeds of 1 vanilla pod or tablespoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
We begin by preparing the underside of the biscuits.
Melt butter and shredded biscuits in a food processor. Mix one with the other by adding more lemon zest.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

SJP Shoe Collection
I have been closely tracking the development of Sarah Jessica Parker’s first shoe collection, and now, thanks to Glamour, it’s finally starting to come together. The magazine has a preview of the line in its February issue, and it seems to have something for everyone: lace-up booties, strappy sandals with a flower appliqué, ballet flats and, of course, sexy t-strap pumps — aptly named “The Carrie” — that Carrie Bradshaw would have swooned over.
Throughout her years playing Bradshaw on Sex and the City, Parker was able to live out every shoe fanatic’s fantasy—with hundreds of pairs of Manolos, Jimmy Choos and Christian Louboutins at her disposal—so it’s not shocking that the beloved character played muse in her collection. “I’m privileged that I played her,” Parker told the magazine. “I was exposed to so many beautiful shoes and to how they’re made. That role really cemented my love.”
